The location of the apartment was great, making it easy for us to explore the city. The studio itself was spacious, with two toilets and a bathtub, a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the decor had a cool industrial/hipster vibe. The host was friendly and met us at the hotel. We also appreciated the inclusion of a washing machine with detergent provided. The showers were nice with plenty of hot water. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as noisy beds and a shower floor without a divider, we found the apartment to be comfortable and suitable for a longer stay. The building itself was also beautiful.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right in the vibrant La Latina area with plenty of nightlife and restaurants nearby. The mixture of old and modern features in the apartment, from the original palace walls to the mezzanine bedrooms, created a unique and stylish atmosphere. The well in the apartment, covered in glass, was a dramatic and interesting feature that added to the overall charm of the place. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.
Felt right at home, with nothing to complain about.

Mind-blowing mix of rustic and modern, super central location with nearby market and Plaza Mayor, awesome and friendly owners, our dog loved it too! The studio was spacious with two toilets, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The shared garden would be perfect in warmer months. Cool industrial/hipster decor and comfortable bed. Perfect for longer stays with more people. The building had original palace walls and mezzanine bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a jaw-dropping feature coffee table. Quiet location, easy access to public transportation. Free wi-fi, kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV, lift, cots available for babies, pet-friendly.

Fantastic location, GPS took us to exact address. Parking garage only two blocks away. Wonderful communication with owner. Unique loft style apartment. Kids loved the fun bridge. Old city wall with tunnel coffee table was a special touch. Owner left juices, fruit, and snacks.

We had a fantastic stay at Don Pedro Home in La Latina. the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. the location was perfect, with lots of bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions nearby, such as the Palacio Real. the apartment overlooked a peaceful internal courtyard, which provided privacy and safety. the management was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to bring our pet along. the wifi was also reliable, which was a plus. We would highly recommend Casa Lucio in Don Pedro Home for an enjoyable and unique stay in the city. Cons: All was good. 👍.

Kitchen with a dining table. During our stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table at the hotel. It felt like having our own little chef's corner, where we could whip up delicious meals and enjoy them in a cozy setting. It made us feel like we were master chefs, even if our culinary skills were just a pinch above boiling water.
Front entrance key issue. The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was a slight inconvenience with the front entrance key.

I had a great stay at this centrally located, beautifully designed apartment. The La Latina neighborhood was a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to La Latina metro and close to the Royal Palace. The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated four people, with a well-equipped kitchen and a friendly host. Despite a lack of natural light and a wardrobe, these were minor inconveniences. The space had a cool industrial/hipster decor and included amenities like a washing machine and a shared garden.
The bathrooms could have been cleaner, specifically the inside shower.
